Ruddy skin is the indication of health.
Ruddy skin is the indication of health
.If the pigs are ill or not healthy,
then they can not be in ruddy skin.
To reach this result , many feed enterprises
supplemental too much Arsanilic Acid
to feed which results in poisoning
to some extent with little purple
spots. By doing so , it seems in ruddy
skin, but in fact it is very harmful
.
2. Meat with fresh light colour is
the symbol of high quality of animal
products.
Meat colour and dehydration are the
most important parameters to evaluate
meat quality! If the pigs are healthy,
then the meat can keep in fresh light
colour for a long time. If the meat
fades quickly, then its quality is
very low which may be the results
of much residuals of antibiotic or
imbalance of nutrients!
3. If more hemoglobin, then the more
blood and the ruddy skin!
In fact, ruddy skin is caused by the
rich blood in capillary blood vessel.
The main ingredient of blood is hemoglobin.
When hemoglobin is rich, the blood
becomes fresh light.
Why some pigs feeding some brand products
have white skin while some are ruddy?
This is because the elements synthesizing
hemoglobin including Fe,Co,Se,and
vitamine E must be supplemented to
feed, among some of the ingredients
are expensive. When they are not enough
in the feed , hemoglobin will be scarce!
4.When myoglobin is rich, then the
muscle is strengthen, the lean meat
is slender, tasty and fresh light.
According to the same principle as
above ,the fresh light muscle is the
result of rich blood in the vessel
and the rich myoglobin .The more of
myoglobin,the muscle gets fresher
in colour.
The reason of Why some pigs feeding
some brand products have white colour
and dehydration while some are not?
The principle is the same as above.
5.The too much dosage of antibiotic
in feed leads to the reduction of
hemoglobin & myoglobin and pale
muscle and dehydration!
To prevent diarrhea ,most feed enterprises
applied much antibiotic in premix.
Although such method can prevent diarrhea,
it results in drug residuals which
causes white skin and coarse hair!
Even supplementing Arsanilic Acid
to feed , causes new adverse effects
and serious dehydration!
